Weird G-Sensor calibration issue

I was messing with my display. I went to G-Sensor calibration and hit it. Now no matter what I do, my stuff show in long view*landscape*. I had to turn auto turn screen off. If it is on, it will not change to the normal position. It is annoying when I shoot videos. Has anyone has the same issue?:'(

I did this and was ready to give it the bounce test.

You must calibrate by having it lie on its back. NOT on the edges...

I asked this earlier and no one got back. so my recent misery is your solution.
