Weird Internet issue for galaxy s5

[AC Question]

It just started two days ago. When I am using mobile data, most functions of the Internet do not work. I am unable to start Pandora / use Facebook / use the Internet browser.
However, the 3g icon is still there. The up and download arrows light up. I did a factory reset, and I was able to sign in to my Google account without being on the WiFi. I am able to use Pandora if I start it while on WiFi. And I am able to use Google Chrome.

Welcome to Android Central! Have you asked your carrier about this? Also, go to Settings>Mobile Networks>Access Point Names​, select your main APN, edit it, and see if you can disable IPv6.
