Weird keyboard issue.

Well every time i use any keyboard to type in portrait mode the screen goes crazy. It starts flashing and the the current image is going all over the place. but once i start typing in landscape its fine. Ive already did a factory reset, took out battery and even switched keyboards...not sure what else I can do....sorry if this has been addressed before
