So Lately if I reboot my phone I noticed that a few msg appears now.

Exclamation mark (symbol) on my notification and prompts about my google play screen and prompts do you want to deactivate.

Also I had a msg appear about turning on my wifi signal

Ever since my latest update I've been getting these weird things 114(c792)

Sorry -- what's the exact wording of the notification regarding Google Play?

Knowing Huawei, it probably has to do with the firmware's unreasonably aggressive RAM/battery management. It's probably a reminder to you that the Play Store is "using battery," and that you could save battery by disabling it. Huawei is notorious for this kind of behavior, and it's why VideoLAN recently decided not to let Huawei devices install their VLC video player app. The problem was that Huawei's firmware would automatically kill VLC soon after you switched out of the app, thus preventing it from playing in the background, and there wasn't anything you could do about it. This was leading to one-star reviews on the Play Store, which is bad for business. Since this wasn't VideoLAN's fault, you can understand why they came to this decision.
