Weird random pop-up ads

I have the unlocked s22 ultra 5 12 GB. I'm not sure what app or what happened but occasionally I get these random very annoying ads that pop up and cover my whole screen it's been in multiple different apps like the ad will pop up under sometimes my email sometimes Capital sometimes I think messaging even. I deleted quite a few apps but I still have the issue it happens multiple times a day and I didn't notice it starting until today. I didn't download any new apps today at all I'm thinking of factory resetting it

It just happened again this time all I was doing was in a regular delivery app I use and trying to post a photo when I delivered the food

Turn these two off.

One of the first things I did when I used Samsung devices.

Put in Safe mode that way you know if 3rd party apps are causing this , Samsung has been known to have ads in some if there native apps depending on where your located

I tried safe mode. How do I know what to stop/undo to make the ads go away. Other than a reset

If it goes away in safe mode try uninstall couple apps at a time until the ads go away , start with maybe game apps or recently added
