Weird Vibrate Problem

So starting today, my phone has been vibrating louder. Before the vibration would make almost no sound, but now it is really loud. Before if the phone was in my pocket you couldn't hear it vibrate, but now it is quite loud. What could have caused this? How does your Rezound vibrate?

(Trying not to laugh) I think you may have a defective vibrator my friend.
I would not be surprised if the vibrator just stops working one day. Be prepared to send it in for a replacement.
I don't think there is anything you could have done to cause this, it's likely a manufacturing problem.

Oh, to have that problem LOL. Mine is getting weaker, along with my call volume.
