Well like the title says I soft bricked my phone. I'm stuck on the google start up screen. I can Boot into Recovery mode but I have no Idea how to get my phone back running again, I would really appreciate some help guys, thanks!

Question, remember I made a backup of my phone before I installed jelly bean. How would I restore that?
Edit.....I'm download 4.0.4 IMM76K image files just in case I need them.

Did you make it in ClockworkMod? If so, reboot into the bootloader, select Recovery mode, go to backup/restore, and restore it.
If it's in Wug's, go there.

Restore that in recovery.
