As I review SamSung Galaxy Note includes a S pen, well this S pen can be used and in other phones like SamSung Galaxy Nexus?

I assume you could use it as a capacitive stylus with any device with a capacitive touchscreen. But you won't be able to use the button or get any of the extra functionality of the s-pen specific apps.
