What app is triggering "Android is Upgrading"? Is it in logcat? Another log?

I've been fiddling around with my Stellar... cleaning up bloatware, etc... short of a custom ROM (which isn't available yet), I've done what I can to tweak things. After a recent round of trimming junk, I got the "Andriod is upgrading.." message, with it saying that it is optimizing apps "1 of 1" I've booted several times, waiting for it to clear, but nothing will.

I am hoping that a logcat or something will tell me the specific app that is triggering this message, so at least I can narrow things down in an attempt to clear the stupid message. What/Where should I look?

What did you do to 'trim the junk'?

I used TiBk to uninstall S-Voice, google mag and TV... some verizon bloat... yeah, I should have frozen the apps rather than just blast them, but I nandroided the phone.... the message survives both a reflash of the backup as well as a dalvik purge.. but it doesn't survive a more drastic clean (like loading the stock LH2 base image)

I had been running the latest JB update (ME1), rooted, with the ICS bootloader (so I can load TWRP)... Ran fine until I started to get greedy and cleaning out some system apps that were just taking up space.

That just means that you're dalvik cache is being rebuilt. It happens every time you clear your dalvik. It doesn't actually upgrade your version of android. Really Google should change it to say "Dalvik being rebuilt" or something. It confuses a lot of people don't worry.

But to happen on every boot? That tells me that, at least for 1 app, the dalvik is hosed... :) I nitpick... and I am sure it might mean nothing... but I still don't like it. :)
