I've never owned a Nexus device, being somewhat restricted as a Verizon customer. I'm curious what apps Google considers the backbone of the Android OS. I'd also like to compare with the basic application package of my preferred ROM (CM) after gapps are installed. I don't have a solid reason other than simple curiosity.Out of curiosity... Why?

That calendar app looks like its from play store, not preinstalled , the one preinstalled is yellow/green and for some reason it's not there in your screenshot?
Also I didn't know nexus devices come with currents and keep too
