What apps are needed to operate S5... need more device storage....

Can someone let me know what apps are needed to operate S5? I need to delete some of the factory apps to make much needed space as I have to keep deleting minimal Cache data, I only have 537mb left of the 16gb of storage.
Here is the breakdown of usage... 4.50gb system memory/ used space 10.40gb/ cache data 15.98mb/ misc files 523mb/ available space 537mb.
Oh so many apps that came with the phone are eating up my available space left, (peel smart remote, play books, play games, play movies, play music, play newsstand, play store, polaris office 5, S-voice, street view, usage manager, video, voice recorder, voice search, you tube, YP, flipboard, galxy apps, google, google settings, google +, hangouts, inbox, lookout, maps, messages messenger) really don't know what apps to keep.......let me know if anyone knows what apps to delete...

To delete system's app... you need root. You have rooted your phone right?
List of apps you can delete without problems : peel smart remote, polaris viewer, flipboard, hangouts, drive, docs Etc.

I do not recommend you to delete google service related apps such as the play store, play music.

Are you you using micro sd? A Micro sd can help storage by saving the videos and pictures in it, not your internal memory
