What are people upgrading too?

What phones are people thinking of upgrading to when finished with their s5? I'm thinking s7 although touchwiz is terrible (better since installing nova launchdr) I like the quality of them and waterproof and sd card (should be about standard these days imo)

I have become addicted to Action Launcher 3. TouchWiz is horrid.
It will be the first thing I reinstall when I upgrade to the S8 this fall..

I'm done with Samsung and Verizon bloat. I don't care how good the S7 looks, I can practically guarantee it will be a POS and mostly abandoned a year from now. They've done it year after year after year after year, and with each new iteration fanboys swear up and down it's different. But it never is. It's too bad because the hardware is spectacular. Well, other than the slippery and easily broken glass back. But hardware isn't everything.

I'm going to make the modest investment in a Nexus 5X and Google Fi. It's not the best phone out there but for $250 it's pretty hard to go wrong. No more $600+ "flagship" phones loaded with bloat and 6 month waits for updates. I've had enough.

Jumped to the Motorola 2015 Pure Edition, and am very happy. Agree with the other posters. Sammy and it's carriers will never get me again to control my handset software....
