For easy customization search for launcher app and for advance use Xposed framework.

Nova as above but the Prime version is well worth paying for.

I also use an excellent side launcher called Smart Task Launcher and for my clock ClockQ (I have the premium version but the free version should be okay).

I dont know what wallpapers you're in to but if you like landscapes or cityscapes then InterfaceLIFT is well worth checking out on the web.
