What are the advantages of getting the Developer Edition?

I'm interested in the HTC One, and since the Developer Edition works on ATT's LTE, I'm going with that version.

But I'm not a developer, at least not yet. I'm wondering what are the advantages of going with the Developer Edition (besides carrier unlock & 64GB)?

Can we get the black color version in devloper edition?
Can we load stock andriod like nexus 4 in it??

If both answer is yes im getting myself one

Buying the "Developer's Edition" comes with the SIM and bootloader unlocked.

I'm assuming it will also come with less/no bloatware.

The Developer's version of the HTC one comes in only silver from what I can tell (there's no option to change the color on there website).
