What are the apn settings for Galaxy s5 on consumer cellular?

Trying to get the apn settings that will maximize data speeds on my S5 with consumer cellular.

I got this online about a year ago and it has worked great!!! A friend of mine who also uses Consumer Celular with a Galax S5 used this APN as well until her phone received the Marshmallow update. Now she cannot receive pictures or group text messages.
