What are the bars/strips/stripes around the frame?

Alright, maybe I'm simply a moron, but this is driving me insane. What are the five little whiteish bars around the frame of my Note 10+ (two on the bottom, one on each side, and one on the top)? I've looked everywhere for information but I'm apparently the only one who cares about them. Are they simply a design feature (seems very odd to me)? They look like they could be sensors or LEDs but as far as I can tell they do nothing. Hoping someone has some insights because my curiosity is going to kill me.

I assume you mean post a picture, as they aren't on the screen. Unfortunately, my old phone's battery is dead right now and I have no other cameras available at the moment; however (and I mean no offense) they aren't hard to see. The two on the sides are very near the top on the edge/frame. The one on top is between the mic and the card tray, and one of the bottom ones is between the speaker and the sPen slot.

Really? I've never heard of or seen anything like that on a phone. I find it so odd that there's absolutely no mention of this in any of the documentation. :-\
