What are the effects of a tripped KNOX on a Galaxy S5(what will not work anymore)

Hello community,
I have a Canadian Galaxy S5(SMG900W8 - kltecan) with Rogers, currently running Lolipop 5.0 with the LRX21T.G900W8VLU1BOC1 build. I have it since 8 months and I'm beginning to be really tired of Samsung's bloated OS, sometimes it gets sooo slow and the phone becomes so hot. I know how to keep good care of my system and did many clean restores but it still gets slow after some weeks.

I want to install Cyanogenmod or something similar to completely get rid of the stock ROM, I know doing that will trigger the KNOX flag and I know it voids the warranty but I'm at a point I dont care about it anymore, my question is. In what other way will a tripped KNOX affecr my phone? For example if I ever flash back the stock firmware, will I still be able to use the features such as "Private Mode" and the Fingerprint scanner? Because those are some features I really like and care about. And also if I ever resell it, I want every stock feature to be functional...

What do you guys know by experience?

Ive read many KNOX threads before posting this one, it answers some stuff but not my exact question.
Thanks in advance!

The Knox Warranty flag is for security purposes only and denotes whether a phone is secure or not as certain workplaces demand a secure and untripped Knox for Bring Your Own Devices. It should not affect your Samsung warranty providing you are running a stock Samsung firmware for your CSC code.

N.B. Once tripped, the Knox flag cannot be reset.

I know about it not being resettable, I just wanted to know if everything besides KNOX secure container will work and it seems yes so thath's all I wanted to know.

Thank you
