What are the good methods that I can use to root my new Android Phone?

I bought a new Samsung mobile because I think the open software is very easy to go with. I need to root my mobile and modify some features. Can anyone recommend me a good method to do this? Thank you!

Which Samsung? US version are harder to root.

Sure , like Samsung Good lock from Galaxy store you can change lot of things without root , AODnotify in Play store can customize led notifications , Hex installer One UI can change themes , also Nova launcher can change things up a bit ...this all without root
