what are the tiny coloures dots on my phone screen?

my phone is fully charged but I cannot see anything. when I plug the charger in all I can see is a whole screen filled with tiny coloured dots. my phone sometimes makes random noises and sometime the little green light on the top flashes. what could be wrong?

It seems like the phone is damaged. Was it recently dropped or exposed to moisture/water?

You can try another charger and/or power source and see if that helps. Otherwise, you may need to have it fixed (if it's fixable) or replaced.
