Welcome to Android Central! Swipe down your notification panel and see if there are any corresponding notifications there. My guess is that they're search results for some kind of AI search.

 

[SpookDroid]

Notifications from stories or related searches from Google. Usually show up if you interact with stories from your Discover Feed or repeat searches/topics.

You can turn these on/off by going into the Google app, tapping your account profile picture, go to Settings, and then Notifications. Turn on/off whichever category you want.
