Odd thing popping up in device storage and files

I had an issue with a random picture of a P showing up on my phone, when I looked up the details it was in/storage/emulated/0/bmwgroup/com.pandora.android. I uninstalled the app and now I'm finding files that are saying they are stored the same way. What is this? Is it from the app or malware? I tried to upload a screenshot of the file/detailed info but it won't give me the option :/
