What Are Your Favorite Devices that Have Been Announced This Month

I agree. The battery while not bad, did disappoint me a bit. Would have liked at least 2600 mAh, but I think it'll be fine for me. The rest isn't really a big priority of mine :p
What phone are you currently using?
I have a Lumia 920.

I don't understand the complaints about the Apple Watch price. Pretty reasonable and standard for a quality watch.

Some watches can be had for less $100...so I guess the Apple watch should be less than $100 too.

Not!

A quality dumb watch can be in the thousands of dollars. I think <=$400 for a smart watch is quite reasonable.

It's still quite a bit to pay on something like a notification center on your wrist. I mean I like them, they are cool, but I don't see a need.

I don't really see much of a need for a watch that can show me the time (like any other watch) and give me notifications.

I think of it more as a time piece that can do more than just tell time. That's what makes it valuable to me. It doesn't have to be jewelry to have value for me. I'm also a watch nut so there is that.

For me the problem with the price of the Apple Watch is that there are much better smartwatches out there, both in looks and in functionality. The Apple Watch is more cluttered than other watches (software wise) and the watch itself is really, really ugly (proprietary replacement bands are a negative too). When I can get something like the Asus Zenwatch, LG G Watch R, or Moto 360 (all better looking, cheaper, and with an OS that seems like a better fit for smartwatches), why get the Apple Watch?

I don't disagree but you have to keep in mind that your points are subjective not objective. Someone out there may think the Apple watch looks the best of all the choices.

The Note Edge got my attention, it's the only toy I'm really looking forward to getting.

I'm not really impressed with the iPhone 6 Plus, in fact I think it's ugly but I'm buying it because of my sickness (LOL) and the fact that I can make money (like previous generations) off it. :)

I don't care for any of these Smart Watches including Apple's. IMO they're just a very expensive Notifcation Wrist Bands. I guess I would consider one if it was around $100.

For me, a decent dumb-watch costs more than any of today's smartwatches, so, unless you're scuba diving, sky-diving, or doing some activity that calls for Casino G-Shock ruggedness it seems you get A LOT more functionality, by a long stretch, from a smartwatch.

Tag Heuer, Movado, etc: >= $400
Average Smartwatch: <= $400
