Enter the backup PIN or password that you set when you set up the pattern unlock.

There is two options: #1. guess it until it locks for 30 seconds, and in that time you can click "Backup Pin" and enter that.
#2. repeat the same process but instead of clicking backup pin, you can click "Forgot Pattern" and it will have you enter your Email account and it will let you in. If you don't know your email password, or backup pin I don't know what to do.

Try speaking to your service provider = they will be able to unlock the phone for you.
