I'm going nekkid'......... I don't like the way any case feels on a phone and I don't drop my phones, I take care of my stuff.... my phones ALWAYS look new.... hehe.

but I do understand that most of you can't keep something looking new no matter how hard you try....... LOL!

I've had an OG EVO since day one and have gone through countless cases trying to find the ultimate protection for my lifestyle. God has blessed me with butter hands so naturally my phone ends up on the ground several times a month.

Check out Trident Cases. Though they don't have one for the EVO LTE or the One X yet, I'm sure it will be available soon. I will definitely go trident again on my new EVO LTE. Many different styles to choose from. My OG Evo Trident case had a built in screen protector too. I believe it was the Cyclops series.

I have a trident on my 4s right now, and its... OK. I also had a speck candy shell on my 4s, again, it was OK. My favorite case to date was my old incase case on my iphone 3g. I didn't realize how much I liked that case, until I started looking at others. My biggest gripe about the trident is fitment. it hugs the phone great, but the soft rubber portion flexes and lets dirt in around the edge. Also, the flaps that protect the data port and the front of the phone come un settled and let crap get in there. Its also a pain in the ass to take on and off, although not as bad as the speck.

The speck feels better in hand.


Trident makes a great case, but it is too TPU and not enough Hard. I have the Aegis Btw.

Update! I received the Surface case, holster and the ultimate screen guards today via Fedx. I guess it shipped sooner than they said. Their website still says the order is processing. If I only had the phone to go with it

I will probably go with the Otterbox commuter. I might go with the defender just for the color choice. But if color was a problem the Seido Surface case would be a great alternative. Currently have the otterbox for the OG evo....Guess all I need now is that DARN PHONE!

Anyone know what happened to those Pt cases from Best Buy? Those were kinda sleek.

Im wrapped in my 3VO now in one of these and hope they come out soon with Best Buy! very awesome case and I like the feel and I use the inner case that has the two sides (top and bottom that clips together.

You say that until it squirts out of your hands... Been there done that with my E4GT... I put a case on it pretty quickly after realizing that it was too damn thin.

I need to have a case that is thin enough to just protect it against light drops and bumps. I dont like to make a phone that is already large even bigger. That is why I currently have my Case Mate - Barely There on my EVO 3D and have loved it from day 1. I looked and Case Mate has these out there

I'm sure i will go through a bunch. Right now I just have a Skin (Skit-it) on my OGEvo and in a Golla Pouch it works great to carry a spare battery and such. I had my pre like this as well. Just not sure how well it will work with the E4GLTE so might go the case route

If I go it will most likely be an Otter or one of those Tridents

I usually go through a few cases myself, but I'm going with Seidio's Surface case first.

And when/if Martin Fields come out with a screen protector for the E4GLTE, I'll get that one too.

If you look at their FB they told a guy to go to Best Buy and look at a certain brand there...I forget which brand it was though...pt...qt...something of that nature.

I like TPU cases myself; inexpensive, and good protection. I've dropped my Epic Touch..*
ahem*... a few times, without a problem. I used them on my OG EVO too.
