What causes the massive battery drain on my Galaxy S5?

So here is a screenshot of my fully charged S5. As you can see it's telling me It will only last 1 hour and 38 minutes in medium use which is absolutely pathetic. There is clearly a bug, the battery should last longer. Is it calibrated wrong? I am rooted. Need help please. No answers like try factory reset or switch batteries please as I have tried all of those things none work. Only thing that worked "temporarily" was RAM expander in combination with Clean Master.

How long does it actually last? Predictions tend to be horribly inaccurate.
