There is no silver or white S9/S9+

Anyway, finally saw a black one in person... And I'm swayed. It looks good without flaunting itself.

Special editions don't really count. But hey let's see. They didn't make a white S8 or S7 that I recall. And the white Note 8 is an Winter Olympics edition.

The S9 series of Coral Blue is darker than the S8 series version. Almost a metalic,glassy version of the Note 8's Blue.

It was definitely pink when I looked at it. Maybe it changes color based on the lighting.

I didn't see it as a "dark metalic purple". It wasn't pink. I would call it a mauve. And yes, I think the lighting does affect how you perceive the color.

Under white lighting, the Lilac Purple looks mauve. Perhaps it might look pink ish under yellow light, but it's still no where near feminine-looking, especially when you compare it to the Raspberry Rose color of the V30. That one definitely looks pink, no matter the lighting.

Edit: This link describes mauve as "slightly desaturated pink". The color shown here is the exact color of the Lilac Purple S9/S9+.

Lilac, proper, is described as "grayish magenta"
Magenta is obviously a shade of pink, (equal parts red and blue) so there ends the confusion.
