What color did you choose and why?

Oh my God....I tried to cancel my Graphite 6P preorder to get the Aluminum instead and they're all sold out.....crap. I really hope I don't regret getting the Graphite model. Le sigh

Got the 6P in aluminum originally then canceled the order and got the graphite instead. I'm still torn because in my mind I'm constantly thinking I should've stuck with the aluminum. But I'll stick with graphite.

Originally ordered graphite, but am liking the frost color as well. Stormtrooper phone is making me second guess, lol.

I was all set on graphite but the shiny beveled edge on the aluminum has a fancier look to me, and I think aluminum will stand up to wear and tear over time better than black.

I don't have a favorite color. I usually get a color I haven't had for a while so this time around I went for Frost. I like the look and am hoping for the side benefit of smudges and scratches being less visible. (I never use cases. I inevitably get minor scratches/dings and they don't really bother me, but if a color hides them better then that's a nice perk.)

Mine will be in a case before I even power it on, but went with 64GB Graphite for what it's worth.

Graphite, 32G........I'll slap a thin, minimal bumper case on it with a clear back and go.......

I got the Aluminum 32 gig. I fell in love with the color and how the black contrasts with it. I can't wait, I really do hate that I need to slap a case on it. I could have it go naked, but with my luck, I'll drop/scratch it. *sigh*

Same deal. Raw metal look, nice accent with the beveled edge, nice contrast both on the darker nexus logo and reflective fingerprint sensor's border. Graphite, while a great look, seemed to hide too many of the phone's smaller details in my opinion, and the frost just had slightly too much of a white polycarbonate look (which HTC pulled off well, but isn't my choice on a metal device).

Exactly. My last two phones have been white, and I'm so bored of that color. Plus, the aluminum just looks Sexy *** hell.

White isn't bad. But if there is an scratch it looks more visible.

I would think White hides scratches the best (metal underneath being bright colored, no?)

Or is the issue shallow scratches and scuff marks that then trap dirt and stand out on White?

64gb graphite. I tend to be pretty conservative in how I dress and most other aspects of how I present myself publicly, so I preferred having the huge NEXUS on the back blend in as much as possible. Although I guess it doesn't matter, since I will put a case on it (black and thin of course, nothing funky looking), but at least what is exposed of the phone will blend in with the black screen, black case, and black cyclops camera bar on the back. Yep, boring I am when it comes to that stuff.
