What color did you order? And why?

I wanted white because I already have black and burgundy on my other phones, but it was sold out, so I opted for the Phantom Black, which looks awesome as well. And since I use cases on all my phones, black will look good anyway.

Green just to have a different look then the usual black. I figured if I ended up not liking it I can always get a case to cover it.

I first went with green. Saw them in person and still loved the color but the burgundy was cool too. Then my green order got delayed till mid March. So I cancelled and ordered the burgundy.

I went with black.

- Safe colour (likely won't look nice in images/videos online then look bad in real life)
- I'm putting a case on it anyway, so the colour of the phone isn't really a big deal.

I totally get what you're saying with that first point! Sometimes phones and their colourings look so gorgeous online and then you get a very different colour in the mail!

I have my order in my cart on Samsung website, all I have to do is click submit order. My question is I have the Green 512 gb version ready to go, but is the Green version one more for the ladies or can a man rock that color as well?

I really don't think green has any gender. Also, many military uniforms are green. :)

Green might be identifying as periwinkle but it will still look green, just don't call it green I guess.

I think the only color they ever put out that was even slightly aimed at the female market was the S10 flamingo pink. If you go back in time it's rumored that pink was a masculine royal color but I've never felt the need to verify that. Truthfully a color that you like is the color for you. To heck with what others think as they don't have to look at it everyday and aren't your friend anyway if they try to judge you by something like a color.

I completely agree with you. :)

You are correct regarding pink being a masculine royal colour years ago as well.

If one likes a colour, then he or she should choose it.

I ordered a green one. It's going to be in a case and you won't be able to see what color it is. But - Every so often, as with other phones, I will take it out of the case and clean it. The first thing I'll say to myself it "It's Green! I forgot that it was green" and it will make my day. I've done this with the last 4 phones I've ordered of various colors. Oh well - I guess we all get kicks in different ways.

Haha, I like it! If it weren't for the Spen, I'd have forgotten the color of mine. It's been skinned in a pastel watercolor for over a year.

I do the same thing with my phone's I like to take the case off every few weeks and clean them. Sometimes I forget how nice they look with the case off.. lol

Another option would be to get a clear case. I've had clear cases for my last two phones as well as other cases that weren't clear. :)

I pre-ordered the s22 ultra in green from Best Buy today. Couldn’t pass up the deal. Free memory upgrade plus $200 gift card. I purchased the green watch 4 to match.

How did the green look in person vs online? I'm torn between green and black.

Probably a rhetorical question... but wouldn't a "colored" phone model require you to have a clear case... otherwise you won't see the color on the back of the phone? Unless you don't care to use a carry case to show off the bare naked color of your phone??

Got the red, but does it really matter? considering I'll probably put a case on.🤔

I feel the same way. Why cover your preferred color with a different colored case? I can't remember the last case I've used daily that wasn't clear. Even when I skin the phone, I get pretty ones so clear cases are my go to. My current phone is the Bronze, but I have a pretty watercolor skin.
