Does anyone know if the back plates will be sold separate once released. I have a black leather G4 on order but would like to purchase the brown leather back plate if they are available.

They prob won't sell the leather ones separately. But I would assume someone will sell theirs on eBay. Also there will be 3rd party ones...

If I go G4 it'll be a grey plastic since the phone will live in a case for the most part.

Maybe for weekends or vacations I'll get a leather back for it.

Now that I've seen close up shots of the G4 I really like the brown leather, although the black and sky blue are intriguing as well.
