What do I do when my LENOVO phone keeps sending messages that says xxx has stopped working?

all the apps including messages and settings has stopped working , if I click any of them ,this message pops out "unfortunately, whatsapp has stopped working." I can't do anything...please help me

Have you tried clearing the cache partition? Also did you install anything prior to this issue happening?
