What to do when PC does not recognize S6? Shows Samsung -SM-G920V.

Trying to download pics from phone to PC. Prior download showed S6 with folders and allowed me to go to photos and copy photos to PC. Now using USB cord, PC is not recognizing S6 with folders on device to find pics and copy them.

Are you using the data/charge cable that came with the phone? If so, have you tried another cable? If no cables work, then something in either the USB port on you pc, or the port on your phone where the cable plugs in is messed up ... at least that's my guess so far.
