What do I do when the keyboard wont show on my lock screen to type in password

I'm using a Huawei Y6 II 2016. Recently the keyboard doesn't show on the lock screen to type in my password. I also tried restarting my phone but it still wont show. Please help

Try a Cache Partition wipe.

If no go, try Safe Mode.

If still no go, tell us.

Factory reset in recovery.

You could also try connecting a basic USB keyboard via OTG adapter.
