More fragile than the competition? Really? What makes you arrive at that conclusion?

The edge to edge rounded glass makes it very easily scratched and chipped. Really can't use it without case. At least gs4 has a bit of a lip around glass plus better gorilla glass which I definitely notice a difference in protecting against minor scratches. The beauty of the thin bezel is totally lost when using a must have case. Also screen protectors totally suck.
It's a shame nobody can make a beautiful phone that's safe on its own without a horrible case
Plus as mentioned before, there is hardly any after market goodies for this phone. The phone itself is an after market rip off with all the best specs thrown together at the expense of support.

I'm very partial to cases because I can't see how to keep the phone blemish free, like-new, pure...without using a case.

I agree. I dislike the on screen buttons. I compared it to my S4, and those on screen buttons do take up a lot of space and it's actually smaller than 5.2 inches when you see the space they take up. I think it would have been perfect if LG would have removed the on screen buttons and instead would have used the LG logo as the action home button. Then to the right and left of it, they would have placed the menu and back buttons.I hate how a 5.2 inch screen is advertised yet part of that screen is used up by these non removable action buttons... Aside from that I love the phone. Just wish it utilized it's whole screen.

I hate every time I pull up the gallery I can't hide naked pictures of my wife. There's no pass code lock to folders. All anyone have to do is select unhide.

Okay, I am desperate for help here. I am getting LOUD popping noises when my phone is plugged into my 2007 Camry Hybrid's AUX connection. I am getting these popping noises via my car's speakers when I press home screen buttons (messaging, voicemail, Spotify, etc.) as well as when I change songs on Spotify or Pandora. It also makes the same terrible noise when I loose connectivity while streaming music and the speakers make the POP sound at times when I reconnect. The funny thing is is that sometimes I hear no pops, and then minutes later the pops are back. I am in pure misery and it makes listening to music in the car via my phone IMPOSSIBLE to endure. :'(
I took it in to the Sprint dealer and they turned off all button press noises and haptic feedback as well, but that was the on the 14th day I had it. I told them I was not happy with the phone and they suggested I try a different AUX cable. I bought an expensive audiophile cable, and no dice--I still have the terrible popping sound. I had no trouble with my Samsung connected via Boost and since my car and my cable are the same, it clearly is THIS phone.
Is anyone else having this issue? I am heading back over to the Sprint store to discuss these concerns yet again and have them look at the phone. I like the phone, but the static I sometimes get on calls and moreover this POPPING are going to drive me mad. Anyone having similar issues? Anyone have any idea on how to stop the popping sound when using an AUX cable in the car? Thanks everyone!
You really should create a new thread for this issue.
But do you get the same result with headphones plugged in? Honestly just sounds like a bad headphone jack.
