I changed my order from a 2 XL to the regular 2 because of the posts from folks looking at them in the Verizon store and saying they looked weird, felt top heavy, flimsy feel, washed-out screen (saw photos of that), and then I started noticing how the rounded screen looked weird where it met the edges. I think I'll be happy with the 2. Great screen, same pure Android experience and great camera.

My least favorite thing was that it wasn't blue, followed by the noticable lack of a pixel iconic light bar.

The other thing I left a lot of feedback about was the edges of the display.

18:9 display. I know it's a trend, but the ratio makes phones look to remote controls.

I read on another post how the 2 XL is lighter than the original XL...I haven't held either device. I will be coming from a Nexus 6P, so I hope the weight difference isn't too major. I like a little weight to my phone/device.

Outside of that...dislike, not sure. Nothing I can think of...

I could not get a YouTube video to fill the screen so I I had 2 black edges on the screen. I could not do it on the V30 either but maybe it's just YouTube there's a setting I missed. Thought I saw it go full screen for a split second. I guess if you can stretch the video to the new ratio it might look weird

On Samsung you can crop rather than stretch. It looks better. Anybody try Netflix? One poster mentioned you could crop on Netflix?
