What do you love most about your galaxy s5?

I do like that the S5 offers a different experience and that it's waterproof, but the Note's screen just spoils me.

The battery. Came from the note 3 and never saw battery life on it like I get on the s5.

Oh yes! That's one of the reasons I'm very pleased with this phone. Excellent battery life as compared to most other phones and even the new Iphone. Check out Phonearena's recent battery comparison on their website. Now that's a real word stat that actually means something.

I'm coming from an iPhone 5. When I got the S5, I noticed a big difference, and they were all good! Here are the many things I love about my new Samsung Galaxy S5:

- battery life/removable battery! I love the fact that this phone's battery lasts a hell of a lot longer than my iPhone did and I use the S5 just as much as I used the iPhone and the battery lasted significantly longer! Not to mention that I am able to swap batteries if the battery in the phone dies, which means, I will never be with a dead phone! You don't know how many times I had to plug in my iPhone in the middle of the day because the battery would be so low and wouldn't last me as long as I needed it to.

- customizability! Unlike the iPhone, I'm able to keep what I want on the home screen and that's what I like. I used to hide all the boring stock apps I didn't like from Apple into a folder at the last page so I wouldn't have to look at it. At least with Android, you're able to keep what you want on the home screen!

- microSD. I think every Apple user would agree with me on this - the ability to expand your storage without having to spend crazy amount of money or the fear of running out of space! Just buy a microSD card with the storage to your liking and you're good to go! It is amazing how I could literally have whatever I want on my phone without having to worry about deleting pictures or apps to make room for the phone. It's amazing!

- the look of it. I just love the look overall. It's a great phone and money well spent, in my opinion. I think I made a great choice for my very first Android device!

Screen size is perfect for me ,and the water and dust residents is a must for me. Even after a very heavy day of use at work it still has more energy than I do , so the battery life is good. I'm sticking with this phone for a while.

Galaxy S5

After my S III mini, I like the battery life and beautiful screen of S5. The whole phone is a huge step further compared to my old one.

I am in total and complete LOVE with the camera!! I have a 32GB MicroSD (almost full), and will probably be getting a 64GB soon! I take lots of photos and listen to lots of music, so having this the S5's camera, video, internet, superfast downloads is like having a mini computer/camera/concert all in one device!! The camera is my fav but as you can see there's so much more for me!!

And YES! The battery is incredible! I was changing out my battery 3x a day with my Galaxy S3. Horrible. This battery is lasting me all day, now for over 3 weeks, since getting it for my Bday. 😊

Real time HDR preview in camera, IR blaster, ability to change system font without root or jailbreak.

Because I still have and use the phone. Once I get my iPhone 6, I won't. But I do love certain things about my S5, particularly the screen. That's something I'm slightly worried about with the iPhone, that it'll be a downgrade going from the Super AMOLED. That being said, I am very frustrated with it because I've had it since May and I've had more problems with it than any other smartphone in recent memory. The most notable problem being that SwiftKey crashes the second I pull up the keyboard. I uninstalled and reinstalled many times to no avail.

That's weird. No problems with mine. The things I love from this phone :
Battery life. I don't have to worry about carrying chargers anymore.
Screen brightness and dimness
Enhanced soundalive sound. My car sounds like a professional studio. Bass is deep with the bazooka settings.
Speed, and speed

If I had to choose only one...it would be the 1080P HD Super AMOLED display. That's the main reason why I upgraded to the S5 from the Nexus 4. Samsung Galaxy's...in my opinion (and many reviews) have the best displays. The second would be the battery life. As far as looks go...in my opinion...it's about average if not slightly above. I just hope that Samsung will change the looks of future Galaxy S's and Notes. The S5 looks almost identical to the S4 and the Note 4 looks almost identical to the Note 3. This being my first Samsung device..the similarities in appearance to past Samsung devices doesn't bother me.

He camera. The look. The overall ability to customize it. The AMOLED display. And on and on. Team Samsung all the way now. Had various Razrs and lemme tell you, it's so nice not to have to deal with horrible lag times and random reboots.

The customization of Android! I was with iPhone for 5 years and it drove me nuts being so locked down, before I had a Treo750 and loved it because if you knew basic HTML coding you could tweak the look of it. The S5 is my first Android and it has been a great experience; I'm contemplating getting the Note 4 when it comes out. I will need to see it in person to see if the increase in size will be an issue... and see if my buddy at the AT&T store can help me out with upgrading 6 months early without getting nailed for $200ish for early upgrade (I'm on the Next plan).

Pulled my phone off the charger at 5:30 am this morning.

Listened to music, read news, and played a few games during my 90 minute commute.

Been using it (email, calls, texts, etc) all day.

It's 2:30 pm now and the battery is at 86%. Yeah, I love that.

Screen, battery life, and water resistance. I spend a lot of time outdoors, so all three are important.

And oh yeah, the soft-touch plastic back.
