What developer options use for what do you so with it

Most people mainly use it to turn on USB debugging. Depending on what phone you have, the options may be different. Be careful what you do in there... you can do some damage to your phone... maybe not permanent, but it could cause you problems.

I turn the animation speed faster. Which makes your phone look faster, but you shouldn't use these settings alot.
