What does a bell in 2 parts mean?

On my messageapp in front of a girls name who I sent a message, there is a sign. It is a little black bell parted in two. Does that mean she has blocked me from calling her, or does it also means she is blocking my messages? Love from Norway

That sounds like a bell with a "no" line through it - meaning "silent". (A jagged line would mean "vibrate only".) But, as dpham00 said, post a screenshot so we can be sure.
