AC Question
I have a Samsung galaxy s6. My screen is cracked and I am sending it off for a repair in the next couple of days.
I need to back up my phone and all its data as the phone is wiped in the repair process. Ideally I would like to restore my phone to its exact state now before the repair is done.
I have a one drive account and have backed up all my photos onto there. Will it be an easy process to redownload these? And is this not a good way to back up photos?
In settings, I have Samsung backup turned on (all options are checked) and Google account backup on. Will the combination of these backup all my remaining data and information? Should I use one or the other?
Please advise me if this is sufficient to restore my phone, or if more apps/downloading to a pc would help?
