What does this new time zone notification even mean?

[Android Central Question]

I woke up to this push notification that I needed to restart my device to update time zone something or other. I restarted my S8+, and I haven't had any problems. But what does it mean? Did the time zone definition change where I live? I can't find a thing online about it.

Nothing to worry about just giving notification , when day light savings happens .
