(Mods please move if applicable to Android apps in general.)

While setting up Google My Tracks and after recording my first track, I posted it to My Maps. I have an Exchange, Google Apps, and GMail account setup on my phone. It seems that My Tracks defaults to the GMail account and I can't seem to be able to force it to my Google Apps account. I believe Google Listen is another. Would it be worthwhile to begin a list of those apps which don't work with a Google Apps account?

which account (gmail or your google account) did you use to setup your phone? i have a feeling it'll link to whichever it sees as the "master" account

How do I know which one is the "master" account? I set them up in this order, Exchange, G Apps, GMail. Actually, the only reason that I added the GMail account was to accommodate Google Listen.

My Maps is also not supported by Google Apps. I tried adding my Google account on my Droid, but that didn't help. I also tried making a Google account with the same credentials as my Google Apps account, but that didn't work either. For the life of me I can't figure out why Google Apps accounts don't work with "everything Google", or why they don't just automatically setup a Google account with the same credentials and have that work.
