What files are needed to reinstall OS in unrooted, unbacked up, bootlooped Samsung Galaxy Ace Q?

Smartphone hasn't been backed up, has never been rooted so there are no files to restore. It can get into recovery mode and factory wipe, but I have data I want to recover from the internal SD so that's the last thing I want to do. I'd Rather brick the phone and try again later than wipe it.

You have to reflash the ROM - which will wipe your data. You could try reading this post to see if you can pull off any files before you reflash the ROM.
