I have a Galaxy S5 and I just updated it to 5.1.1 about an hour ago. On 5.0, whenever I opened up my phone, there was a little animation that occurred. The animation was sort of a fade-in effect, similar to iPhones, as well as a fade-out when you unlock your phone.
I noticed that these animations aren't there anymore since the update to 5.1.1. I don't know if it's a bug that can be fixed, or a decision made by Samsung to get rid of it (though I wouldn't see the purpose). I really liked these animations, and now my lock screen is dull and boring. Please help!
