What I hate about Oreo

So who's responsible for the notification tone issue? Google or Samsung?

I'll look into this on my phone but, again, I have a feeling this is also a Samsung Experience issue.

Edit: I can change the notification sounds in settings but only the default notification and ringtone. However, I can change the text messaging tone within the Messaging app itself as an override.

And I can't change it in my app, so it must be a Samsung thing.

Uhhh strike that. When I wasn't looking, (yeah, I'll go with that) the Samsung messages app is now supporting alternative notification tones. Not really sure when that happened, but I'll take it!

Question again folks:

Is there any way to return our old "Settings" view back to a customized "Icon" type view?

(Cannot recall if this List type view is the "Simplified" version or the other one I miss was?) Thanks!
