what is citmanager app??

citmanager is occupying 12.5gb of my 32gb memory.
what is its content??

can i delete it??
what will happen??

Are you sure it isn't CitiManager (for Citibank credit cards)?

yes its citmanager but not Citimanager , am using Space Phone 5g

If you tap it, does it give you an option to Uninstall, or only Disable?

Could it be a device manager app? Was this phone provided by a workplace?

It must be a pre-installed app,
but 12.5gb is a weird, cant understand.
let me just backup my whole phone and do factory reset.

It may also be worth asking for an explanation from the manufacturer.

After backing up but before the reset, try clearing the app's data, and see if all of it comes back quickly.
