it appears from time to time and it tries to install itself, it asks to access practically your entire cell phone and I am afraid that it can be a virus, in addition it appears advertising that occupy the full screen that does not stop appearing.

Welcome to the forums. What device do you have? I have a Qualcomm shutdown listing on my Pixel. This may be a system app that is needed for some kind of reason.

Welcome to the forums. Have you downloaded any new app recently? Have you been getting warnings (fake) about your phone being infected with a virus and pushing you to download an app to fix the problem?

Welcome to Android Central! That's almost certainly malicious. It's true that there's an important system app from Qualcomm called "shutdownlistener," but the app in the screenshot spelled it wrong -- that's a giveaway. It may be that some other app you installed is trying to get this malicious thing installed as well, so you may have to uninstall your other apps one by one until this thing goes away.

Dude there is a system thing along the lines of "certifcat" in you apps. Delete it. I just did it and my phone is free from it. Trust me!! It has been awhile so i hope u got it off other than that, but if you havnt please delete that app. It will save you so much time and frustration!
