I'm trying to download a YouTube music app on my android ZTE and error do-roc-01 keeps popping up! What do I do?

Have you tried force stopping Play Store, then wiping app data and cache for Play Store?

I am having the same issue with my Nexus 6p. I did everything even went as far to reset the phone but i am still suffering from the same issue. Does anyone know what is causing this problem so i can fix it. i will really appreciate the help

Welcome to Android Central! Is this only for a specific app that you're trying to install, or for any app? Is it only through Google Play? Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?


Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.


If that doesn't work, try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, select your Google account, and remove it completely from the phone. Then add it back again, and see if that helps.

I have the same problem with my game I tried buying jewels with real money and it pops up that code? I tried force stopping the past store and cleared cache

Welcome to Android Central! Make sure you have a valid form of payment associated with your Google account.

In case the error is not resolved then you can change the account you have already used in Google play and switch to another new one then select it and go back to the Apps & Games it must be solved.

I have the same issues started today, i have been using the same google account to buy in game currency for the pass year or two now, all my payment method is valid. ( no expiration etc )

I have tried all the method above and non of them helped, i even tried a different google account.
