This is my first post here on Android Central. Was a longtime Crackberry lurker and occasional poster but now that I wait the arrival of my Incredible, I've been reading and lurking here.

I use Splash ID for encryption protection of my passwords on my Curve. I have a lot of passwords for work and need to keep them in a safe place in the event my device is lost. It's not perfect but much better then a post-it note on the computer!!!!!

What is everyone using for storing their passwords and other sensitive information on their Incredible?

Patiently awaiting my new Incredible.....well more like impatiently

I am using KeePassPro.

It is a bit rough but works for me. I have the main db on my primary workstation and have the database stored in my DropBox area. This allows me to pick up the data read only on my DI just by clicking on the DropBox and the database.

It works for now, but I am looking for a better solution. Preferably one where I can sync between multiple workstations and the phone.

i'm using keeper. seems to be the closest approximation to password keeper on the blackberry that i've found. plus it has a remote or local backup option

I'm using Keeper by Callpod also - its good points are easy syncing desktop to phone & vise-versa as well as the search bar for any keyword. Overall I liked SplashID better but not sure of its worth on incredible yet.

OI Safe. If I could only figure out how to batch transfer my CrapBerry passwords - that would be great.

Importantly - OI Safe is free and I believe Google is behind it - maybe not directly but I know I ran into it on one of the Google Android genuine pages.

I'll give OI safe a try since it's free. I paid for Splash ID on my BB but wasn't happy with some features on it but it did work

Thanks

I would feel safer if someone tried cracking into all of these password keeper programs and told us which one was the hardest one to get into. I'm sure someone has the skill to really test these programs out.

Ewallet for the win.....been using it since my palm treo 650 days, then on the wm platform, then BB and now Android.

eWallet was great on Win and BB. The Android Viewer syncs fine with the desktop but since it is only a viewer you can't enter or edit anything on the INC. That's a pain when most of my corporate websites require password changes at various intervals and i cannot change passwords on the fly like I did with the Storm. Spoke with the folks at eWallet and they have no time frame for a fully functional Android device version. Bummer.

eWallet Viewer here. I was using it on my Blackberry for a while and didn't really want to pay for another desktop sync program like SplashID. Hopefully they will bring editing functionality to eW Viewer soon!

eWallet FTW when they get editing to work. Everything else I've tried has been unimprsessive. SplashID has potential but it's been really buggy for me.

They told me Friday they are debating doing it or not.
I am reporting some syncing bugs with the guys at ewallet.

I use my brain, pretty secure, awesome sync capabilities between it and my hands, and I never have to worry about losing my passwords! Best part about it I can access it anywhere I go.

j/k

I only use like a hand full of passwords so I don't need a locker to store things lol.

I had sync problems with eWallet at first. Then I contacted support and they provided a link to a pre-release desktop version with a user ID and password to download. It syncs perfectly now.

Lastpass is a fantastic app. It's worth every penny to have a great, cross-platform, cross-browser password keeper/generator/secure note storage that also works on your phone.

I agree been using this for months now and the $12 cost to have it on the Incredible was well worth it. The integration is seamless and works beautifully best password manager out as far as I'm concerned but then again the reviews say the same thing. :D
