What is Facebook Preload and how do I get rid of it?

I have the dreaded ANS UL40 and keep getting an annonying video when I open my phone wanting me to sign up to FB. I had force stopped and disabled all FB on my phone. This morning, there was a FB icon on my start page that said something about Facebook Preload, but before I could do anything with it, it disappeared.

I thought I had gotten rid of the FB video with Malwarebytes, but it's come back. How do I get rid of it for good?

I'm in the process of trying to get a different phone, but this is going to have to do until I can save up some money, so please don't tell me to get a new phone. I can't afford anything but this right now.

That's a Lifeline phone, isn't it? Those kinds of phones are notorious for having lots of preloaded junk including adware. Does this persist in Safe Mode? On most Android devices, while powered on, press and hold Power until the Power Off menu appears. Press and hold the Power Off selection until the Safe Mode prompt appears. Tap OK.
