What is going on?!?

I ran the .exe to restore my EVO to the original ROM and it said it was waiting for the bootloader, then it said there was an error with the USB connection and the app closed, now my evo just has "HTC" in white letters on a black background on it and not doing anything. Should I just leave it plugged in or pull the battery?

EDIT: Just re-ran the .exe, everything is fine. Sorry about the scare!

Try typing this in command prompt
adb shell
reboot

Also did you have atleast 50% battery before trying to run the exe

Thanks for the quick reply, I just re-ran the .exe, And yeah I had 100% battery I have no idea what went wrong.
