What is "Phone mode settings"? Nokia

I found this option in Activity Launcher. It gives you a choice between SK Telecom T Phone ( provide spam filtering,fair inquiry, searching contact for free ) and Luna Phone ( provide optimized usability within the device ). The first option was used as standard. My Phone is a Nokia 2.1 on Android GO. Does somebody have any further information?
